In January 2019, I and another friend took.the Reiki I.and II classes taught by Nerissa.
I chose to take these courses from Nerissa for the following reasons:
Her Reiki lineage
Her courses are very practical
Unlike what I have seen with many Reiki teachers, her approach of Reiki does not waste time on ceremony, but instead focuses directly on healing.
I have been able to help my chronically ill friend obtain pain relief abd quick and restful sleep under difficult circumstances.
